Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Structural Biology, Computational Biology, Biophysics, or related discipline.
• Practical experience in protein homology modelling, molecular dynamics simulations, and computational structural biology.
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting with Python or R.
• Strong understanding of antibody structure, function, and biophysical characterization concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing scientific reports and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Apply molecular modelling and simulation techniques to characterize proteins, peptides, polymers, and small molecules.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts to automate structural modelling and molecular dynamics workflows.
• Build predictive models to support and accelerate therapeutic development programmes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams to address complex development and characterization challenges.
• Contribute to technical reports, procedures, protocols, and regulatory documentation.
• Perform laboratory-based biophysical characterization activities when required.
