Job summary

St Mungo's in London is seeking a proactive Special Events Associate to support planning and delivery of donor events and engagement opportunities. You will work across Philanthropy, Partnerships and Public Engagement, handling event communications, data entry, and reporting to show impact and outcomes.

You will be based at our Central London office with hybrid arrangements, aiming for two days on site and flexible remote work for the remainder of the week.

Qualifications

• Good organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy team.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional stakeholder interactions.
• Experience assisting with planning, organising and delivering in-person or virtual events; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivery of special events, coordinating with the Special Events Lead.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy, Partnerships and Public Engagement teams to support donor events.
• Provide supporter care, respond to enquiries, and coordinate event communications.
• Maintain the Raiser's Edge database and assist with reporting and insights post-event.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising policies and contribute to team culture.
