Job summary

St Mungo's is seeking a Special Events Associate to support the planning and delivery of engaging events that highlight our clients' stories and impact. You’ll work with the Special Events and Event Talent Lead to coordinate communications and collateral and ensure data is accurately managed.

You will collaborate with the Philanthropy, Partnerships and Public Engagement teams, provide excellent supporter care, and help with reporting and insights post-event, contributing to team objectives.

Qualifications

• Good organisation and prioritisation skills in a busy team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to handle enquiries professionally.
• Experience assisting with planning, organising and delivering events (in-person or virtual).
• Solid admin skills and familiarity with CRM databases and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivery of special events with the Events Lead.
• Collaborate with St Mungo’s teams to create engaging donor events.
• Provide excellent supporter care and respond to event enquiries.
• Maintain the database for events and support reporting and post-event insights.
• Follow fundraising policies and contribute to a supportive team culture.
