Qualifications

• 6–10 years hands-on experience with Intapp products (configuration, testing, support).
• Practical exposure to at least 5 years of Intapp modules (e.g., Intake, Conflicts, Time, Walls).
• Experience with legal teams or legal operations environments.
• Understanding the New Business Intake lifecycle and Information Barriers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Intapp modules (Intake, Conflicts, Time, Walls, CRM) and related workflows.
• Support day-to-day L2 activities: incident triage and root-cause analysis.
• Translate user requests into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with integrations between Intapp and adjacent systems (DMS, finance, HR).
• Monitor dashboards for data issues and failed processes.
• Troubleshoot connectors (Office365, iManage) and manage access permissions.
• Prepare and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and validate fixes.
• Create and maintain runbooks, KBs, configuration docs, and release notes.
• Deliver end-user training and go-live support for minor releases.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or vendors.
