Job summary

Axle Energy in London is seeking a Solutions Engineer to build integrations and the technical infrastructure that connect distributed energy devices, orchestrate them, and participate in electricity markets.

You will own design and implementation across customer implementations, work with Product, and help shape our platform with real-world feedback while enjoying a hybrid, dog-friendly office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations with customer systems and devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support implementations.
• Strong collaboration with product teams to shape features.

Responsibilities

• Understand domain, platform, and customer challenges to move fast.
• Build and maintain integrations with customer systems, devices, and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, support implementations, and design scalable solutions.
• Guide customers toward faster launch plans and better UX.
• Collaborate with Product to turn feedback into improvements.
• Own the quality and impact of the final product you deliver.
