Job summary

BT Group is hiring a Solution Architect Specialist within its Customer Solutions and Design team. You will design and deliver secure solutions for critical programmes, contributing to keeping the UK safe while delivering outcomes for customers and society.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across business, technology, security and operations, as well as external partners, to translate customer needs into practical, secure and scalable architectures that are future-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunication and connectivity systems with enterprise networking.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solution designs.
• Strong communication to explain technical ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Management and Account teams with customer engagements.
• Support Contract Change teams in responding to change requests and proposals.
• Create solutions meeting customer needs addressing business and technical challenges.
• Provide Implementation governance through the delivery cycle and ownership of design.
• Develop solution roadmaps and governance structures.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and secure by design standards.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to build team capability.
