Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Software Test Analyst to join the Technology team, delivering quality across financial, payroll and HR products. You will work with developers, business analysts and QA engineers, applying manual and automated testing throughout the full lifecycle.

The role requires 2+ years in software testing, experience with Agile, and automation tools like Selenium (Python) or Playwright (TypeScript). Hybrid working and a supportive development environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience with test case design and defect management.
• Experience with automation testing using Selenium or Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Design, document and maintain structured test cases and test plans for new functionality and regression cycles.
• Execute manual tests for new functionality changes as part of every release cycle.
• Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts to support regression testing, working with existing automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, identify testing needs and highlight risks early.
• Log defects clearly and concisely in the defect management tool and track them through to resolution.
• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing testing estimates and insight.
