Job summary

MHR International UK Limited is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our Test Engineering team. Working in an agile environment, you will contribute to the design and delivery of software testing for our market‑leading HR and Payroll solution, with hands‑on UI and API testing and a solid knowledge of databases.

You will apply core testing practices including test strategy, planning, analysis, estimation, defect management, and reporting, helping the team reduce risk and protect the customer

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manual software testing.
• Hands-on UI and/or API testing experience.
• Good working knowledge of databases.
• Experience with test strategy, planning, analysis, estimation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead test activities within the team and coordinate testing efforts.
• Collaborate with development engineers and automation engineers to ensure product quality from the outset.
• Support delivery through automation of repetitive testing tasks.
• Promote preventative testing and contribute to agile ceremonies.
