Zusammenfassung

Nomura in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Software Engineer (Associate) to contribute to a global trade processing platform within Global Markets IT. You will join a global development team responsible for designing, building and deploying services that capture, persist and distribute trades and related data in real time.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, JMS/Pulsar/Solace, and modern web technologies, collaborating across time zones and with other GMIT teams.

Qualifikationen

Strong Java development skills with testing and DevOps awareness.
Experience with distributed messaging systems (JMS, Pulsar or Solace).
Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server).
Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and Reactor/WebFlux framework.
Skills in JavaScript/React and/or Python are beneficial.
Knowledge of AI in development workflows is useful.

Aufgaben

Design, build and deploy a global trade processing system in phased deliverables.
Develop and test services for capture, persistence and distribution of trades and data.
Leverage DevOps services for deployment to non-prod and prod environments.
Provide system support and maintenance (not 1st line).
Coordinate with Global Markets technology teams to enable cross-application capabilities.
