Job summary

UKTV is seeking a Software Delivery Manager in London to lead end-to-end software delivery across agile Scrum teams within the Technology department. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and QA to ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in Agile Scrum, stakeholder management and delivery tooling, with a focus on improving velocity, predictability and team effectiveness in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software products within Agile Scrum environments.
• Experience managing multiple software delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean delivery principles.
• Experience with delivery tooling, especially Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software products and platforms across agile Scrum teams.
• Facilitate and optimise Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ensure teams maintain sustainable pace while achieving business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven delivery practices and coaching.
• Support teams in removing impediments and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into delivery plans.
• Manage sprint and release planning activities.
• Track progress against milestones and provide transparent delivery status reports.
