Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe seeks an Application Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery, QA, and live stability for critical applications. You will combine hands-on business analysis with delivery leadership to ensure systems evolve beyond initial rollout.

Hybrid work from Minworth, coordination with offshore teams, and a focus on release readiness and incident support are key elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning application delivery in a business-critical environment.
• Strong experience performing business analysis as part of a delivery role.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
• Ownership mindset with ability to decide under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery lifecycle for assigned applications from requirements to live operation.
• Perform hands-on business analysis including elicitation, documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Lead development delivered by offshore teams ensuring quality, pace and alignment to priorities.
• Ensure unit test coverage and release readiness with deployment sign-off.
• Collaborate with Product teams to agree priorities, sequencing and delivery approach.
