Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, build timelines and project plans, and oversee resource needs.
• Forecast commercial and operational challenges and escalate with recommendations.
• Administer projects in Productive and ensure accurate setup and reporting.
• Keep timesheets updated and provide regular performance reports.
• Foster collaborative relationships with account teams and clearly communicate plans.
