Qualifications

• Background or experience in working with people in a care setting or similar.
• Good IT skills with MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.
• Must hold a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Completing Care Act Assessments with residents and carers.
• Holding and managing a case load.
• Assisting the duty function of the team and providing advice and signposting to residents.
