The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is seeking a Social Care Practitioner to join the Locality Access Team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working and a salary of £26,895 – £30,132 per year.

You will assess Care Act needs, manage a caseload, and provide signposting and duty support. Candidates with care experience and IT skills, plus a UK driving licence, are encouraged to apply. RBWM supports staff with learning, development, and a generous pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings or similar required.
• Solid IT skills: MS Word and Excel.
• Must have a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act Assessments with residents and carers.

• Assist the duty function and provide advice and signposting.
