Job summary

JohnstonGreer Ltd is seeking a SIPP Administrator (Property Servicing) to manage the day-to-day servicing of a property portfolio. The role supports the firm’s growth in the SIPP/SSAS arena and involves working with clients, intermediaries and property managers. A flexible working arrangement including home, hybrid or office-based options is available.

The role focuses on rents, leases, refurbishments and related financial elements, with a bonus and benefits package on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIPP/SSAS property servicing.
• Experience with rents, leases and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Rents management including reviews, debtors and repayment plans.
• Leases handling including new leases and subleases.
• Liaison with clients, intermediaries and third-party Property Managers.
• Oversee refurbishments and alterations.
• Handle claims, loan repayments, syndicate alterations, VAT and insurance.
