Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SHW) Manager to lead SHW across projects nationwide. The role requires directing SHW Advisors, coaching teams, and embedding governance to ensure safe, compliant execution of civil works.

The successful candidate will shape SHW strategy, drive investigations, and deliver continuous improvement while working in a hybrid setup with regular travel to sites and offices across the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Significant SHW management experience in civil engineering, rail, or highways.
• Proven ability to deliver compliance and drive improvements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practice.
