Job summary

Principal People are recruiting a Senior Health and Safety Advisor for Scotland with hybrid working. You will lead a small team, provide senior safety leadership across infrastructure projects and deputise for the health and safety manager where required.

You will conduct audits, RAMS reviews and site inspections, using data to drive improvements and engaging with senior stakeholders to push the safety agenda across the programme.

Qualifications

• Senior H&S Advisor with line management experience.
• Strong construction/infrastructure experience.
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to influence and lead across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of advisors.
• Provide H&S leadership across live projects.
• Conduct audits, investigations and RAMS reviews.
• Analyse safety data to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive change.
