Job summary

Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a permanent, full-time role with a salary range of £70,000–£120,000. This UK-wide, hybrid position combines office/client site and home, typically two days onsite, with funded training and a generous benefits package.

You will establish design standards, act as Design Authority, develop LLD/LLD, contribute to bids, and lead innovative ServiceNow solutions across SaaS and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Experience with custom applications and integrations.
• Broad experience with the Now Platform in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desirable: ServiceNow CSA, implementation certifications, and ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and enforcing systems design and architectural standards, maintaining best practice and driving these principles throughout the full systems delivery lifecycle
• Acting as the recognised Architect/Design Authority, shaping the design of ServiceNow-based solutions
• Owning the development and maintenance of Low- and High-Level Design documentation
• Contributing to bids and helping present compelling proposals to prospective clients
• Bringing thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to both existing clients and new opportunities
