Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Service Manager (Controls / Vacuum / High Voltage) in Cambridge, to lead a small team of service engineers. The role combines office work with client visits and offers extensive training on bespoke vacuum and high voltage systems.

You will split time between the office and client sites, perform risk assessments, produce service reports, and support a growing development program. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation with vacuum or HV systems
• Experience managing a team of service engineers
• Office-based role with occasional travel to client sites
• UK driving license
