Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer (Building Services / HVAC) in Reading to transition into a technical sales-oriented role. You will receive sales training and work on a mix of field visits and office-based activities in a company at the forefront of noise control solutions.

The role offers on-the-road client engagement, management of key accounts, and a standard 9am-5:30pm schedule with a 4:30pm Friday finish, with hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services or HVAC.
• Target-driven sales experience preferred.
• Ability to visit clients and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell bespoke noise control solutions to clients.
• On the road visiting clients and creating new business.
• Manage key accounts within the industry.
