Job summary

Sysco is recruiting a Service Design & Transition Manager to join the Business Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead all aspects of Service Design and Transition, ensuring new and enhanced services are introduced smoothly into live operation across approximately 4,000 users.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience in complex IT environments. Hybrid work, with 2 days per week in the Ashford office, is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a complex IT service environment.
• Strong grasp of ITIL Service Management principles.
• Experience defining Service Design and Transition frameworks is desirable.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Service Design and Transition across Business Technology.
• Define and maintain required standards, processes and governance for new/updated services.
• Act as the link between project delivery and operational support teams.
• Ensure services are fully supported with managed risks and readiness activities.
• Drive continuous service improvement and develop robust service models.
• Oversee design and transition across multiple workstreams to deliver value.
