First Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join a leading organisation in a highly regulated environment. This permanent role offers hybrid working with options to work from the Warrington or Bristol office and from home.

The role covers risk and opportunity management across the project lifecycle, including developing risk plans, producing performance reports, and training delivery teams. UK Security Vetting clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Proven risk management expertise in regulated environments.
• Experience developing risk and opportunity plans.
• Knowledge of risk modelling and contingency analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Project Risk & Opportunity Management Plans aligned with policies and commercial requirements.
• Perform risk analysis and produce risk performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Develop and maintain risk models identifying contingency needs and project exposure.
• Manage schedule and cost risk contingencies to meet financial objectives.
• Support delivery teams with risk management training and guidance materials.
