Barnett Waddingham is seeking a Senior Risk & Resilience Consultant / Information Security Consultant & Manager (Associate level) to join our UK offices on a hybrid basis. You will lead the Information Security practice, oversee client engagements, and shape service offerings while collaborating across groups to deliver client-centric security solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading information security consultancy services.
• Ability to translate security risks into business terms.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Essentials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Information Security practice.
• Mentor and manage Information Security team members; allocate resources effectively.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and provide strategic guidance on governance and compliance.
• Oversee engagements across information security and assurance disciplines; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive proposals, client presentations and bid activities to secure new business.
