Howden Group is seeking a Senior Risk & Resilience Consultant / Information Security Consultant & Manager (Associate level) to join our UK offices with hybrid working. You will lead the Information Security practice, mentor a growing team, and guide client engagements across governance, risk and compliance.

You will stay ahead of AI and regulatory developments and translate complex security risks into business terms for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading information security consultancy services.
• Excellent understanding of information security, risk management and compliance principles.
• Experience in ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Essentials guidance.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring and resource planning.
• Ability to deliver strategic security advice to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic direction, performance and growth of the Information Security practice.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day management to the Information Security team.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients on governance and risk.
• Oversee client engagements across information security and assurance disciplines.
• Support proposal development, client presentations and bid activities.
• Monitor threat landscape and AI developments to stay relevant.
• Lead development of methodologies, templates and delivery standards.
• Champion thought leadership through workshops, webinars and events.
