The Project Administrator will organise and co-ordinate administration duties to support the project management and engineering teams, liaising with clients and colleagues to complete requirements efficiently and professionally.

The role is hybrid, based in Glasgow with UK-based client offices and flexible hours to meet project needs.

• Manage diaries, emails, meetings for the Management Team.
• Prepare reports, agendas and board packs.

• Support onboarding and maintain data records.
• Provide high-quality service to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Assist with document control and project administration.
• Collaborate to ensure consistent office processes.
