Harnham is seeking a Lead Insights Business Partner for Consumer Insight in Watford, offering a hybrid pattern with three days on-site. The role carries high visibility and influence across a major consumer organisation, shaping how insights guide business decisions at the highest level.

You will lead strategy across customer, brand and retail insights, develop and coach a high-performing team, and drive transformation of the insights function with advanced methodologies.

Formación

• Strong consumer insight or market research leadership experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with brand tracking, campaign effectiveness and customer measurement frameworks.
• Exposure to attribution, econometrics and customer analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Act as senior insight partner to marketing, brand and commercial leadership teams.
• Lead insight strategy across customer, brand, communications and retail functions.
• Manage and develop a team of insight professionals, supporting capability growth and performance.
• Drive the transformation of the insight function, improving methodologies, tools and ways of working.
• Develop frameworks to measure brand performance, campaign effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Translate complex customer, market and performance data into clear business recommendations; partner with analytics teams to maximise the value of customer and marketing data.
• Manage external research and insight agencies, ensuring the right approach for business needs.
• Influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
