Job summary

North Yorkshire Council in Northallerton is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the HR Advisory Team. The role is hybrid, with team meetings at County Hall on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and travel across the county as needed.

You will be responsible for complex casework, coordinating HR activity across directorates and supporting HR business partners in service developments. The role embraces development opportunities within a busy, supportive HR service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on more complex casework.
• Hold a lead portfolio of one of our Directorates and act as conduit between the HR Advisory Team and the HRBP Team.
• Lead on a portfolio area and support the Principal HR Advisor and SHRA team in identifying and delivering service developments.
