Medlock Partners is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor for a fixed-term contract (9 months) in Manchester. The role is hybrid with one day onsite and four days working from home, offering up to £40,000 plus benefits including extensive annual leave and enhanced pension contributions.

You will drive the people aspects of a major organisational change programme and provide guidance to leaders and staff throughout the change process.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as HR/People professional delivering complex organisational change programmes.
• Significant experience managing people aspects of change, restructurings or redesigns.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and practical application in change programmes.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or supporting employee consultation processes (redundancy, redeployment).
• Practical TUPE and employee transition experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead people aspects of the organisational change programme across multiple business areas.
• Provide expert advice to managers and employees during change processes.
• Coordinate consultation activity to ensure fairness, transparency and legal compliance.
• Manage recruitment, redeployment, selection and transitions within redesign.
• Support TUPE activities and employee transfers.
• Advise on employee relations matters arising from change, including redundancy and redeployment.
• Promote employee wellbeing and effective communication during change.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, managers, employees and trade unions.
• Monitor people-related risks and provide governance reporting and workforce insights.
• Support broader HR and employee relations work during peak periods.
