Job summary

The North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA) invites applications for a Senior Executive Officer to work with senior leaders to deliver strategic projects, drive improvement, and support the management of Wales’ important transport network.

This role focuses on performance management, governance, business planning and stakeholder engagement, helping to shape the Agency’s future and deliver meaningful change across North and Mid Wales; hybrid working is available across multiple office

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional/managerial qualification.
• Experience producing reports for forums and committees, discussion papers, evidence reviews and business cases.
• Strong documentation and business-case development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic projects and drive improvements within the transport network.
• Support governance, business planning and performance management.
• Engage with stakeholders and represent senior leaders in internal and external meetings.
• Prepare high-quality reports and committee papers for varied forums.
