Job summary

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Project and Programme Manager to lead the project management of highway improvements, upgrades and major maintenance capital projects on the Trunk Road network across North and Mid Wales. The post holder will work with extended public and private sector supply chains.

Based at one of several locations with hybrid and home working, the role offers flexible working patterns and the chance to influence major infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading highway capital projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Welsh desirable.

• Lead on project management of highway improvements, upgrades and major maintenance capital projects.
• Coordinate with public and private sector supply chains to deliver projects.
