Job summary

Havas Market, part of the Havas Group, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support the Ecommerce Manager in delivering high-quality client service across a portfolio of connected commerce clients. You will contribute to campaign coordination, performance analysis, reporting and client communications.

You will work across channels including brand, performance and commerce, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce and retail media.

Qualifications

• Ideally one to two years’ experience in an agency, brand, retailer or consultancy environment, ideally within ecommerce, retail media or performance marketing.
• An analytical mindset and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with campaign coordination, reporting or performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Ads and Amazon retail platforms, including Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Understanding of retail media and marketplace activity.
• Experience or exposure to PPC and paid social activation.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment.
• A collaborative, proactive and positive approach.
• A genuine interest in learning and developing across connected commerce.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ecommerce Manager and Director in developing ecommerce strategies for clients.
• Contribute to campaign planning, annual planning and the development of ad hoc briefs.
• Build an understanding of clients’ businesses, customers and commercial objectives.
• Help ensure recommendations are practical, insight-led and aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals.
• Support the coordination of multi-channel campaigns, working closely with internal activation teams.
• Schedule and coordinate internal stand-ups, track actions and help ensure campaigns remain on schedule and on budget.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, escalating issues and performance challenges to the Ecommerce Manager where appropriate.
• Support the development of post-campaign analyses (PCAs), ensuring they contain clear, actionable insights.
• Support the implementation of client innovation and testing roadmaps.
