Job summary

Havas Market, part of the Havas Media Group, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support the Ecommerce Manager in delivering high-quality client service across a portfolio of connected commerce clients. You will contribute to campaign coordination, performance analysis, reporting, project management and client communications, helping ensure smooth day-to-day delivery across accounts.

Qualifications

• Ideally one to two years’ experience in an agency, brand, retailer or consultancy environment, ideally within ecommerce, retail media or performance marketing.
• An analytical mindset and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with campaign coordination, reporting or performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Ads and Amazon retail platforms, including Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Understanding of retail media and marketplace activity.
• Experience or exposure to PPC and paid social activation.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment.
• A collaborative, proactive and positive approach.
• A genuine interest in learning and developing across connected commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own agreed client workstreams and support the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Lead weekly client meetings with confidence; crafting clear agenda and performance insights.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for campaign updates, actions and operational queries.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally across all projects.
• Own the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
• Support the post-campaign analysis process by briefing internal teams, collating findings and preparing presentation materials.
• Become proficient in relevant ecommerce, retail media and performance marketing tools, including proprietary Havas Market technology.
• Optimise product content and ecommerce operations across relevant commerce platforms.
• Help improve clients’ retail presence, discoverability and commercial performance.
