Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a senior hands-on technical specialist for its Dynamics 365 Field Service platform. You will lead complex builds, support production issue resolution, and set engineering standards across the team.

With strong development skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and integration with RESTful APIs, you will work with the Field Service Architect to deliver resilient, well-engineered solutions and mentor junior engineers. Hybrid working options offered across England.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience building, extending, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in production.
• Strong working knowledge of the wider Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technical staff.
• Experience with Dynamics ALM and release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex builds for Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
• Support resolution of difficult production issues.
• Mentor two Technical Consultants and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with the Dynamics Field Service Architect on designs.
