Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Customer and Digital Services team. You will lead analysis across digital, technology and service improvement projects, working with senior stakeholders to define needs and deliver measurable improvements.

The role is hybrid with some office attendance each month, and requires scoping, evidence-based recommendations and strong leadership to drive multiple projects forward.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma or process mapping qualification.
• Project and programme management and continuous improvement qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for complex projects and programmes, translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Map current and future processes and refine business requirements.
• Develop programme-level analysis plans, assess dependencies/risks and present results to senior stakeholders.
