North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Transformation service. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for change, develop cases for change, and oversee analysis to define benefits and action plans. The role supports improving services for residents across North Yorkshire.

The role is hybrid, with some in-person meetings in Northallerton and other hubs. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering positive public service

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
• Experience using analysis methodologies to define opportunities and present cases for change.
• Ability to map and improve business processes and quantify benefits.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for change across Council services with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Develop and present cases for change to senior management and partners.
• Manage analysis activities to define opportunities, benefits and action plans.
• Understand customer requirements and represent them throughout project lifecycles.
• Review impact and benefits realization to measure value delivered.
