Job summary

Harnham in Brighton is seeking a Senior Analyst to join a fast-growing AI-first business. Hybrid role with three days in the office, focusing on turning data into commercial impact and shaping product strategy through rigorous analytics.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Design to build analytics, run experiments, and deliver measurable outcomes across the full product lifecycle, including recommendation engines and customer journey insights.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proven commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Experience designing, measuring and interpreting experiments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineers and Designers to solve problems with data.
• Own analytics across full product lifecycle from sizing to post-launch measurement.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing to inform decisions.
• Explore AI-powered product features and proofs of concepts.
• Support opportunity sizing and commercial analysis.
• Measure and communicate product performance to leadership.
