Vaultex UK Ltd is seeking a senior Security Leader to oversee the security function across sites and remote operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage equipment and systems, and lead a team responsible for safeguarding assets and people.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management experience, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels while developing the security team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a complex security function, incl. centralised control rooms.
• Experience with physical security equipment and technical systems.
• Senior level security/risk management experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive the activities of the Security team in line with risk strategies.
• Deliver security and risk mitigation strategies to meet business needs.
• Identify equipment issues and address gaps in controls.
• Lead regular reviews of security standards for regulatory compliance.
• Manage centralised control rooms and the security budget.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support wider business strategy.
• Develop skills within the Security team through training and appraisals.
