Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a complex security function, incl. centralised control rooms.
• Experience with physical security equipment, systems and regulatory standards.
• Senior-level security/risk management experience with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security team and drive risk strategies across the business.
• Maintain compliance with Bank of England standards and other regulations.
• Manage centralised control rooms and security budgets, prioritising investment.
• Develop stakeholders relationships and mentor the Security team.
