HSCCA — Hampshire and Solent Combined County Authority — is recruiting a Project Manager to translate strategic objectives into deliverable change across programmes and initiatives. You will analyse business needs, map processes and support informed decision-making with stakeholders from across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton.

The role focuses on mobilisation to closure, governance, readiness, and transition to business as usual, with strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into structured delivery plans.
• Experience leading complex, high-profile change programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior and partnership environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead defined projects and work packages from mobilisation to closure with clear scope and milestones.
• Support governance, assurance and decision-making with progress updates and RAID information.
• Plan and execute readiness, transition to business as usual, with evidence requirements and lessons learned.
