Job summary
Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Limited is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Digital Engineering team. You will lead sprint ceremonies, coordinate multi-project work, and communicate with Product Owners and clients in a hybrid setup with two days in the Fort Dunlop office and three days remote.
The role requires experience as a Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager, proficiency with JIRA, and a background in fast-paced agency environments, plus Prince2 or CSM accreditation.
Qualifications
- Experience as Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager.
- Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience of writing functional specifications.
- Prince2 or CSM accreditation.
- Experience working on Automotive projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across projects.
- Liaise with Product Owners and external clients.
- Maintain project documentation and progress tracking.
- Ensure delivery within Agile frameworks and timelines.
