Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Limited is seeking a Scrum Master on a contract basis to drive enterprise-grade web solutions. You will work with developers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders, leading sprint teams in SCRUM and communicating across teams and clients.

The role is Midlands-based with a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). UK-based remote work is also considered, with occasional Midlands travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate experience of working as a Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience of writing functional specifications.
• Prince2 or CSM accreditation.
• Experience working on Automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate multiple sprint teams across different platforms in a SCRUM framework.
• Lead conversations with internal ITG teams and external clients to align priorities.
• Coordinate several projects simultaneously while maintaining organisation under pressure.
