Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead.
• Experience enabling complex technical or service-based solutions with agile practices.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive delivery through ceremonies and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across development teams.
• Support Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs in line with business goals.
• Coach teams to continuously improve agile practices and delivery effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, Architecture, PMO and stakeholders.
• Support release governance and end-to-end lifecycle activities.
• Challenge requirements and delivery plans to ensure feasibility and standards.
