Job summary

Canopius in Manchester is seeking a Scrum Master to enable high-performing, cross-functional agile teams to deliver valuable outcomes in a predictable, sustainable way. You will act as a servant-leader, coach teams, remove impediments, and promote Agile values within a hybrid working environment.

You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, partner with Product Owners, track metrics, and support governance and continuous improvement across Technology and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as servant-leader to one or more Scrum teams, promoting agile values and best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Coach teams to be self-organising, cross-functional, and delivery-focused.
• Support backlog creation, refinement, and sprint forecasting in collaboration with Product Owners.
