Job summary

Ampa - Legal & Professional Services is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery within the Applications & Development portfolio. You will coach teams, lead ceremonies, and help the organisation maximise value from iterative development.

Working with Product Owners and stakeholders, you will prioritise backlogs, track delivery metrics, and remove blockers to ensure smooth end-to-end software releases. This is a 12-month FTC with hybrid working patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience leading scrum ceremonies and agile ceremonies.
• Ability to coach Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Experience maintaining delivery metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups and maintain delivery cadence.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage dependencies and risks.
• Ensure governance and quality across SDLC.
