Job summary
Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Applications & Network Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery on a major transformation. You will support multidisciplinary teams, maintain clear backlogs and coordinate with identity, infrastructure and security teams to meet migration milestones.
The role requires strong facilitation, coaching and governance awareness, with a focus on predictable delivery and continuous improvement across multiple squads in a governed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or equivalent.
- Strong experience facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Demonstrable experience supporting and coaching teams to improve agile maturity, ownership and delivery effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily coordination, sprint reviews and retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Maintain prioritised, refined, ready and outcome-focused backlogs with Product Owners and Technical Leads.
- Track delivery flow, blockers, risks, dependencies and activities across application and network workstreams.
- Coordinate dependencies with identity, infrastructure, security, testing and cutover teams.
- Coach squads in agile principles and behaviours to improve predictability and delivery outcomes.
