Job summary

Refresco, the world’s largest independent beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Master Data Coordinator in Bridgwater. You’ll ensure accuracy and control of product and technical data across SAP, supporting production, compliance and commercial decisions.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to maintain master data, manage material masters, BOMs, routings, recipes and quality data, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or administrative role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and PM.
• MDM governance principles and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality master data across the business with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage SAP master data objects: material masters, BOMs, routings, recipes, and quality data.
• Support process improvements and internal controls with auditable data flows.
• Provide first‑line support for Harford Control System, including user access, product builds, and issue resolution.
• Coach teams on master data best practice and participate in product launches and technical review meetings.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports, investigate data issues, and identify opportunities for improvement using Excel, Access, SAP and Power BI.
