Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Master Data Administrator in Kegworth to manage product and material data in SAP S/4HANA. You will ensure accurate specifications, recipes, packaging details, and related master data support manufacturing, planning, procurement, and customers.

You will process data requests, validate information from Technical, Production, and Supply teams, and maintain audit-ready records while driving data quality improvements. This is a 12 months FTC role based on site in Kegworth.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous

• Process master data requests accurately and within agreed timelines to support business operations and product launches.
• Validate information received from Technical, Production, Procurement, and Planning teams before system entry.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation in line with company procedures and audit requirements.
• Identify and correct data errors, supporting regular data cleansing and quality improvement activities.
• Provide administrative support and basic reporting to ensure accurate master data is available across the business.

About The Role

The Master Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and updating of product and material data within SAP S/4HANA. Working within the Technical Team, the role ensures all product specifications, recipes, packaging details, and related master data are entered correctly to support manufacturing, planning, procurement, and customer requirements.

Here are your key tasks and responsibilities as Master Data Administrator at Refresco:
