Job summary

Refresco, the world’s largest independent beverage manufacturer, seeks a Master Data Coordinator in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will ensure accurate product and technical data across SAP, supporting production, compliance and commercial decisions.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration and driving data quality across systems. The position is permanent, hybrid (3 days in office) with a 4-day work pattern and regular salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or administrative role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP and PM; MDM governance principles preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate clearly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality master data across SAP and related systems.
• Manage SAP master data objects: material masters, BOMs, routings, recipes, quality data.
• Support process improvements and ensure internal controls with auditable information flow.
• Provide first-line support for Harford Control System: user access, product builds, issue resolution.
• Coach teams on master data best practices and participate in product launches and technical reviews.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and investigate data issues using Excel, Access, SAP and Power BI.

About the Role

The SAP Data Coordinator ensures that product, technical and manufacturing data is accurate, controlled and consistently maintained across SAP and associated systems. Acting as the gatekeeper for product setup and changes, the role safeguards data quality that underpins production, compliance, traceability and commercial decision-making.

Here are your key tasks and responsibilities as a SAP Data Coordinator at Refresco:

• Work closely with the Systems Data Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality, accurate master data across the business.
• Manage key SAP master data objects, including material masters, BOMs, routings, recipes, and quality data.
• Support process improvements, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain an auditable flow of information.
• Provide first-line support for the Harford Control System, including user access, product builds, and issue resolution.
• Coach teams on master data best practice and participate in product launch and technical review meetings.
• Produce ad-hoc reports, investigate data issues, and identify opportunities for improvement using systems such as Excel, Access, SAP and Power BI.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring experience in a technical or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP and PM (BPCS an advantage) and MDM governance principles. They will be confident analysing and interpreting data to operate ERP systems effectively, and able to communicate and present information clearly across all levels of the business.
