Job summary

TSR Select is seeking a Customer Success Manager hybrid role with an IT Managed Services Provider. You will be the primary contact for 20–30 existing clients on long-term support contracts, handling renewals, quotes for projects, and hardware/licenses, while delivering quarterly SLA reviews and advising on additional technologies.

The role offers hybrid work (3 days from home, 2 days in London offices) with a base salary circa £45,000–£50,000 plus commission (~£10k).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client issues.
• Look after renewals and quotes for project work, hardware, and licenses.
• Conduct quarterly SLA review meetings with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor on additional technologies.
• Manage 20–30 existing clients tied to long-term support/managed service contracts.
