Job summary

Unique Venues of London at Lincoln's Inn in Central London is seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator to support the Sales & Events Manager in converting enquiries into profitable events, coordinating all aspects with clients, suppliers and Inn staff. This full-time maternity cover role offers hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) with a salary of £35,134 per annum.

You will build client relationships, plan events of varying scale, upsell where appropriate and ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of event sales and planning experience in a venue.
• Demonstrable knowledge of events and catering industry and ability to convert enquiries to bookings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales & Events Manager to convert enquiries into confirmed events.
• Coordinate event details with clients, Inn staff and suppliers.
• Sell, plan and coordinate events of varying size, meeting KPIs.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal departments.
• Support marketing initiatives for the events team and catering where needed.
